The staff were wonderful & the services were excellent. Surely consider the next time I make a trip to Taiwan.

Free internet pc & printer, helpful front desk .

5 mosquitoes fed on us - could use a mosquitoe repellent prior to checkin. Elevator and sewage pipe noise disturbed us tho' hotel was muffled against city traffic noise. Drainage overflowed after bath/shower.

The service from staff was excellent, warm, helpful and proactive. They provided complimentary transport to and from hotel, as well as transport to nearby destination with pick-up service when you are done. Free breakfast delivered to room, and room service meals at reasonable prices. Train station & shopping centre about 10-15 minutes' walk away. Small supermarket (sells phone cards, opens 10am -10pm) & eateries (Vietnamese, Indonesian) 5 minutes walk away

Bathroom although clean, shows signs of age. It does not have shower screen and floor gets wet & slippery. Window blinds for bathroom has water stains, making it look dirty.

During our few hours stopover at Luckynews Classic Hotel, the staff there very courteous, friendy and experienced. We were surprised that breakfast could be prearranged and ready packed for us because we were to leave for airport by 5am. It was too early and we do not have time to dine in. The airport transfer offered by the hotel was excellent! They have also given us their assurance that we won't be late. Thumbs up for the hotel service and locality.

We think that the bath facilities wasn't that good - the floor was flooded after each bath, reason could be the shower curtain too short to prevent spilling water out of the bathtub. If this could be improved, I will definitely visit the hotel in my next visit to Taiwan.

Friendly staff and they provide take-away breakfast if you need out early to catch a flight.

The staff are kind and willing to help. The room is clean. And the hotel provides pick up and drop off service to/from train station and airport which is really convenient. The only disadvantage is that there were lots of mosquitoes.

We stayed here as we had an overnight stay on route from Tokyo to Kuala Lumpur. Room was clean, with a big bed and an ok bathroom. Toiletries were provided which was good as all ours were in our luggage which was in transit at the airport. A free shuttle was provided to take us to the airport in the morning.

We chose this hotel because it offered shuttle to and from the airport, but because we had booked our room through Booked.net they would not pick us up at the airport even though they were picking up 2 other guests who were on the same flight as us, and we actually spoke to their driver at the airport, but we still had to get a bus.

This hotel is convenient as it has an airport shuttle. I arrived at the TauYuan train station and easily got as taxi to the hotel. The receptionist on the desk was courteous, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was served in the room at the appointed time using paper boxes. The tea was hot and tasty.

A nice hotel at a good price. Breakfast is included (order off a short menu) and since I had an early flight, they had it ready in a bag for me to take along with me. The airport shuttle is free and runs regularly. Free Wi-Fi and computers/printers in the lobby for guest use. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. There's nothing much around the hotel, but is across the street from a small park and near a few restaurants, bars, and convenience stores.

The bathroom is starting to wear out and will need cosmetic renovation, but there were no problems -- all in all, a good hotel for the price and location.

Very poor for business person, No WiFi was working, Lobby computers also in the condition. and rooms are totally different compare with pictures on Net. breakfast was one of the poor experience.

The hotel provide airport transfer (20 mins drive from the airport) and is not far away from the night market ( only cost TWD105 ) to get there. When the front desk found out we are going to night market he even call a cab for us.

It will be nice to have a shower curtain in the bathroom.

I like their free transportation service. Hotel staffs are very accomodating and can speak in English. I would definitely go back here!
